About Pastor Neil Franks

Pastor Neil moved with his beautiful wife, Kendra and two boys, Nathan and Travis to the Ozarks in 2007 to serve as lead pastor of fbcBRANSON.  Known for his unique teaching style, the church has experienced significant growth.  More importantly the church has reached out to the community with events like the Back to School Bash, Extreme Branson Makeover, and the Christmas Bash to share the Love of Christ while bringing the people of fbcBRANSON together as they serve others.  Pastor Neil truly believes that we can impact the world, right here from Branson.  He strives to develop a multi-generational congregation that is gospel centered that will serve God by serving the world.  He loves to talk about the journey with God and each other and invites you to join the journey at fbcBRANSON.

Neil is originally from Arkansas where he meet his wife in college at Henderson State University.  They have been married for 17 years and have two boys, Nathan an eight grader at Branson Junior High School and Travis a fourth grader at Branson Intermediate.  Kendra teaches music in the Omaha school district.  Neil completed his Master of Divinity at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX and his Doctor of Ministry at Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City.

An avid sports fan, he loves to watch football and cheers his beloved Razorbacks in any sport (though it is a love/hate relationship, he hates when they lose.)  He loves researching, reading on his IPAD and dreaming about tomorrow.

Though he is an introvert by nature, and would just as soon be in the corner than up front, his special calling as pastor and leader compels him to lead the exciting journey that fbcBRANSON is on.
